In addition to my tutoring, in the last few years I’ve begun doing more work as a freelance proofreader and editor of academic papers, and I recently became a published translator when the online journal Yeshe accepted my translation of “A Singer in Simple Clothing” (布衣歌者), an essay by the Chinese writer Long Rinchen. I’m also interested in doing more work as a college application consultant to guide students through the process of choosing schools and writing application essays, an area in which I’ve accumulated a lot of experience over the years as a tutor.
